Documentation of the OOCSS Core Style Set
The Core CSS style set is a collection of classes that are meant to allow users of varying experience with front-end development to freely combine a multitude of basic styling elements in order to create individual designs and layouts while following the basic design principles determined by company's style guide.
With the exception of optional helper elements (such as .fineprint
) and globally defined
modules (like status messages), all elements can be freely assembled from a number of building blocks
to achieve the layout that best fits the situation at hand.
The following pages will explain how the Core framework is clustered, what the meaning behind class names is, and what the classes do.
